    He rules!

I would do the same thing if a shark came after any of my kids. That little guy is adorable. He is expected to make a full recovery. The guy adopted him from a shelter. A true hero!

I just saw that on the tv. That shark was in the marina! OM Gosh! I guess we would all at least attempt to do that, but how scary! That was a small dog and he had wounds, but didn't lose a limb or anything major! Unbelievable.

The closest I can say I came to that was picking up a GARDNER snake (so NOT dangerous) that had a frog in it's mouth (it was my pond frog from the back yard -- not a random one!), and flinging it around against the ground until it let go. Trust me -- it probably looked as crazy as it sounds. PS.. snakes stink when they are stressed! Learn something new every day!

This just made my day. You can see the compassion in the dad's eyes as he tells the horrifying tale of seeing a shark come after his little dog. That poor little terrier......he looks so traumatized. I just want to give him a tiny little hug for being so brave.

Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.
