    I don't have a problem with overtraining...

    Last March I had to take 6 weeks off because of overtraining and I vowed to really listen to my body so that I don't end up in that same spot again. It's the pits! Thanks for posting this, Zen.

    How did you know you were overtrained?

    My legs felt heavy and would fatigue easily, my heart rate was up, I had sleep pattern disturbance, and little appetite. I also lost my desire to ride.

    I had my first bout of overtraining this summer, it sucked, and it was from doing too intense of training and then going long/hard the next day, day after that. Silly me. Now I know better, and now it's my off season so I get to take more time off
