I've been building the muscles in my right leg up again for a while now and i bewieeeve it's paying off..All the leg presses, squats, etc etc in the past few months have led to cool stuff!
It's been a challenge getting my leg strong enough to move my bent leg to the straight postion ..Today however![]()
I have to have my body in a certain (odd) position & do it very slowly but I CAN. My leg is still a bit tender but hopefully it'll be fine tomorrow
