    Specialized Globe IG8

I love this bike...but she's a little too big for me.

It's the Globe Women's frame, smoky grey. Size 53cm. 2007 model. Has less than 150 miles. Just about new.
See geometry on the Specialized site.

8 internal gears which means basically no maintenence and you change gears with a button, moving or standing still.
I added fenders, a rear rack and switched the flat bars for an Albatross set with shellaced cork handles. I will include the original flat bar as well.
The Specialized saddle is very comfortable (I'm keeping the Brooks).

I paid 750 plus (fenders, rack, bars etc)

    Commuter extraordinaire.
    PM me.

    My next bike:
something I can ride the whole mile to downtown to in street clothes and flat shoes, and lock up for hours far from my sight without worrying about someone stealing it.

    Nah, someone would steal this.

It sure is pretty though and I think it would fit... sigh...
