That is a great video. I learned of it today from a story the NY Times website. They had the story front and center with a picture several times today.

Of course, just being on bikes with huge grins on our faces does a lot too. I've had people roll their windows down at stop lights to ask questions, show support, and comment how they wish they could do it. I try to encourage them by telling them how I couldn't even imagine riding more than ten miles just a few years ago. That it was a matter of riding bit by bit and building up my fitness. I may still be slow but I enjoy getting where I'm going by bike and it shows.![]()
