This morning I was about 4 miles into my commute when I dropped the chain. On my first road bike I would drop the chain regularly and it would usually take 5 minutes to get back on. This morning I unclipped, dismounted, popped the chain back on and was getting back on the bike in under one minutes. SUPERSTAR!Okay really it should always be a quick fix but it never has been in the past and thanks to that it delivered me to work in a cheery mood.

Yay - sure you felt good about yourself. now just practice and soon you can do like Bettini: pop it back up going 25 kph at 10% incline. As seen on TV...
