    Today

I made it up the hill from Fred Meyer back to my residence without stopping for the first time.

    HIGH FIVE!
With a smile like that, I gotta flirt.

    Absolutely! That's something to cherish.

I still remember how giddy I was the first time I made it all the way up my nemesis hill without stopping.

    Whooo-hooo!

That hill on Lakeway can be a booger!
(are you talking about the Fred Meyer on Lakeway? I used to live up the hill from there, and it is a toughie!)

    Waaaaay to go, frnz...

I remember the first time I got up a *grits teeth* CERTAIN hill with no stops... such a sense of achievement.

Now I set myself goals to beat my personal best times as I climb it... I've come a long way

Well done you - it only gets better

Courage does not always roar. Sometimes, it is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying,
    "I will try again tomorrow".

Hahaha, hi! Well, that's the Fred Meyer. I went up the hill from there, across the freeway, and then up Bill McDonald to the WWU campus. Bill McDonald was the hill I was talking about, but I had trouble with both at first!
