I have tons of questions so let me start with an introduction. I started spinning at my gym and loved it. I just purchased the keiser M3 and have some questions:
1) Wwhat are some good DVDs to get to help me along. I would like beginner and advanced. Beginner to help get the right posture and technique, but advanced because I am in pretty good shape (former athlete) and want to be challeneged.
2) What would be some good spinning music to get? My goal is to eventually mute the videos and just use them more as a guide, and have music blaring in the back. I think I would get annoyed with the instructor talking on the DVD eventually.
3) I want to eventually get into outdoor cycling, but to be honest I'm kinda scaredI have this vision of myself flying through the air, or getting hit by a car thats not paying attention. But as I think about it, there are some good pedestrian bike routes that I could do. I live in the washington DC area so I just really need to get on the circuit to know where I can go that is car free. On that note, what would be a good outdoor cycle to get? My budget would be under $1200.
Thanks for your help!
Lucy
