Now I have a little crush on him, too. WHAT a cool guy. Thanks.

I have loved and been loved;I have been given much and I have given something in return...Above all, I have been a sentient being, a thinking animal, on this beautiful planet, and that in itself has been an enormous privilege and an adventure." I came home from the youth baseball park last night after being threatened with a lawsuit over the size of the umpire's strike zone, and yelled at by a bombastic fat man, and immediately re-watched that video.

Living well is the best revenge!

I am reminded of this every time I see the paraplegic tri athlete pushing himself down Lowell Rd., in all kinds of weather. I have been passed by him many times...
