    The crash pics are in. We just drove from the Alabama gulf coast to Indiana and nothing fell off. Note the DUCT tape holding the bumper on!

    We were both a wee bit sore the next day, but I don't think that I feel any aftereffects today. hopefully there will be no lasting pain.

    Still not heard anything that tells us when the van gets fixed. thank goodness it's drivable.

    The sliding doors close, but the liftgate does NOT open. The bikes can be loaded and unloaded through the side doors, thankfully
