    How many Ironman completers here?

    I would love to know how many people on this forum have finished an Ironman competition. You have our utmost respect.

    Completed Ironman Lake Placid 2005, 2007 and will be racingIMLP July 2008. With desire and consistent training, most will finish.

    I've completed one and have #2 on the calendar for this year. Redman Iron Distance in 2006 (see my avatar for my "glorious" finish), and IMAZ Nov. 2008.
    I don't think there will be another. This second one is already tiring me out.

    Completed an Ironman?

    I haven't completed one yet, but my first one will be IM AZ in November! I will be coming from San Luis Potosi, Mexico, with 14 of my teammates! Can't wait! Kelly
    (First half ironman distance the 8th of June, here in Mexico...yippee!!!)

    How did you get a slot to Lake Placid? Did you drive up there to sign up?
