Completed Ironman Lake Placid 2005, 2007 and will be racingIMLP July 2008. With desire and consistent training, most will finish.

I've completed one and have #2 on the calendar for this year. Redman Iron Distance in 2006 (see my avatar for my "glorious" finish), and IMAZ Nov. 2008.
