So I just got home with my loan saddle, that supercool SMP strike composite.
it does no fit my seatpost?
The railings seem too close together.
Am I mechanically challenged or is this a fact?
[Help..........]

It's a little secret you didn't know about us women. We're all closet Visigoths.

All of my SMP saddles had minor issues with the rails. Without pressure the rails on the saddle seem to be about 2-3mm too narrow. A little brute force was all it took to match the saddle to the seat post. Of course, for me, it was my $75 dollar saddle, not a loaner of a $200 saddle.
Thanks - yeah see. I don't want to either.

I did it, used a light touch and it was on. Only now it's getting dark so can't go for a spin.
During my research on the wide web I found someone complaining about that little Logo Tab that hangs on the back of the saddle, like it was not necessary except for showing the brand name to whoever is riding behind you.
In fact I think it conceals the significant amounts of tissue that are actually hanging down that cutout. It's quite bizarre looking underneath the saddle.
