How do ya'll keep motivated to swim when it is snowing outside? we have about 9 inches and I just don't want to swim.
I think since I don't have a written workout anymore (since my swim coach moved) it is harder for me to get motivated also. Anyone know where I can find some swim workouts? I got some out of a Tri mag but the distances are too long (3600+) - I can reduce them some, but the other thing is they involve swimming other strokes and I don't know how to do them. Since I just learned to swim we never bothered to learn the other ones, I can backstroke, but don't like to it makes me dizzy, and I can kinda breaststroke. I tried the pull but had trouble rolling to breathe I kept losing my balance.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
