It's been the same thing with motorcycles for several years now. That's the reason they've been banned from a lot of high-conflict areas. Neither the news stories nor the authorities ever bother to mention the fact that it's automobile congestion that's the reason why it's so easy for bad guys to zoom in and out on two-wheelers.
Gridlock is the new security.
