    Party Dress........

    This is HORRID....................

    Prom dress for a POOR girl made by her father from, well, um, er...... raincoats. Yes, that's it raincoats.

    Just so you aren't sitting there wondering "what in the H3LL does she DO in her spare time?"...................... I was SENT THIS VIA EMAIL.

    I like it.
    It's imaginative, colorful, and really not a bad looking dress.
    I would wear it.

    Notice the gentleman is wearing a red ribbon. I'm sure it was designed for some sort of design competition.

    Yeah. I bet it was a competition for using recycled materials to make garments. I've seen weaver buddies make really cool vests out of garbage bags.
