LOL! Perhaps in certain circlesI probably am the last one to know!!![]()
I read someplace that he can't wear his clothing line when he's representing his team, since Nike is one of the team sponsors, although I think I remember seeing a picture of him w. a Hincapie-logo cap on a team training ride.
2009 Lynskey R230 Houseblend - Brooks Team Pro
2007 Rivendell Bleriot - Rivet Pearl
He and his brother participate in the JDRF - juvenile diabetes research fund- fund raising ride every year. His brother is a real sweetheart, stayed around for the dinner etc. They gave out hincapiesports jerseys to all of the riders. I was at the 30 mile mark when he passed me going back! I thought he was doing the 100 and nearly fell over with despair about his speed. Turns out he was only doing 68 miles, so I was only 8 miles behind him, not 36 miles behind. Whew, what a relief when I learned that!
I might be persuaded to buy something if they can guarantee that he actually touched it. JUST KIDDING!!
There are actually a couple of the women's jerseys that don't look half bad. I wish they showed what the chamois is like in the shorts.
Ok, I know you can barely see it but this is me wearing my Hincapie jersey on the Chico Wildflower last year. The LBS was hanging it in the window as Bubba walked by last Velentine's Day. He spoils me!![]()
