    Meep Meep..Feb 12th rides

I didn't see the roadrunner while on the trainer tonight but I did spend 45min on it. Meep Meep.

Twas a good session in the comfort of our air conditioned house . Anywho, the knee felt alright but didn't push it too hard. I again attempted to push down from a 12 o'clock position with the right side but it didn't quite pan out. I still have to cheat a bit to get my leg down but can't see myself doing that on a hill or incline outside!!

I'm doing deep water running in the morning but no time avail tomorrow night for the trainer. Thurs am swim & trainer time PM.

Have a good one wherever you're biking

No ride as of yet but it is early morning still. Digesting my peanut butter and honey on sprouted grain toast and Green juice first. Then off I go into our green hills of central cali.

i rode to work in the dark. it was dry and not too cold. i hit something, debris on the road AND COULDN'T SEE WHAT IT WAS. (So much for all my fancy lights) but i didn't fall.

hopefully the home commute will be dry too.

The falling snow was pretty. Not too much accumulation yet, so the roads were fine. Also, it is not nearly as cold as it has been. Only a bit below freezing, not way below freezing.

Who am I kidding, I can't wait for warmer weather!!

    Sounds good, CC@!

I"m hoping I didn't err in judgement in taking the unstudded bike today. Yesterday I could have 'cause our two inches didn't materialize; today the sky is doing heavy breathing and I can see its breath and it looks like little teeny tiny crystals falling from the sky, and the radar looks like there is stuff there.
