    Need some power help

Hey...no idea where this post should go..

I am bewildered at the moment and need to know what i'm doing wrong.

I've been doing my strengthening exercises (for my right leg) every day religiously and yes the hamstrings and glutes are returning to form. I've swum, done pilates, deep water running, walking along the beach and used the trainer.

However, ...I still can't power down with my right leg from a standing position. When i do attempt it, the front part of my knee feels like someone's kicked it. I know this is part of the bone bruising but after 3 months..???

What kids, should i do from here? I want to do the hills on my rides properly...

    Heeelp!

Could you possibly have some mis-alignment of the kneecap?
Because not every fast cyclist is a toothpick...
