    Don't feel back Flybye - at least you didn't move in the wrong direction!

    I am back down to my starting weight - lost 3 pounds last week and am at 152.

    I have not stepped on the scale.

    But, the pants I'm wearing today fit less snugly than they did last week.

    Oops. Posted in wrong thread:

    I'm on a training plan that I'm following to a 't', rode 111 miles on Saturday, a fast 50 yesterday, watching my diet, getting sleep, and I'm up 3 lbs. today. First day of that time of the month, but still, can I still be in the challenge without having to look at the scale?
    For 3 days, I get to part of a thousand other journeys.

    Happily down to 118.1 this morning, despite the cookies I ate last week. Hope it doesn't catch up with me later this week.
