But, the pants I'm wearing today fit less snugly than they did last week.

I'm on a training plan that I'm following to a 't', rode 111 miles on Saturday, a fast 50 yesterday, watching my diet, getting sleep, and I'm up 3 lbs. today.First day of that time of the month, but still, can I still be in the challenge without having to look at the scale?
For 3 days, I get to part of a thousand other journeys.
Happily down to 118.1 this morning, despite the cookies I ate last week.Hope it doesn't catch up with me later this week.
