2. DVD- Sweating Buckets 2.0- 45 minute calorie burning workout- difficulty rating 7.5

3. Audio Only CD- MegaWatts- 50 minute interval training session- Audio only!


I bought these last year thinking that I could use them with my BF’s Johnny G exercise bike, but only did each one once, and found it almost impossible to figure out the gear stuff without a trainer. Aside from that, I found that I prefer to cross-country ski, lift weights, and use my Nordic Track during the off-season for cycling in New England.
