I have a 1upusa trainer and I love it. It is very smooth and quiet with a slick. I increased the resistance by removing the spring and putting the ball bearings to the outer holes, instructions included with the trainer, so it makes for quite a workout.

Thanks T-Duck60 for the input. I had decided that was the one I would get but hubby came home with a Cyclops Fluid 2 before I had a chance. Oh well. It works and since its snowing, its my only option.
