    Amphipods

Does anyone use these? I was wondering if anyone has used these and if they are worth getting. I hear good things about them and I am looking for an easy-hold water bottle.

Also, what kind of water bottle belts do you use, if you do. Amphipods also makes belts.

    I enjoy it all.

I use an Ultimate Direction water belt. It has two 10 oz bottles, a 4 oz gel flask and a small pocket for keys and such. I love it, I don't notice the weight at all, it has a wide stretchy band that doesn't move. I used to have a hand held water bottle, but I always ended up ditching it halfway through my run. I have a Camelback, but I have to load up on the bodyglide or I get chafe marks anywhere it touches skin.

I use this one. The bottle it comes with is cr@p, but a standard 21 oz bottle works well. The pocket is big enough for ID, keys, and a cell phone.
I'd rather be swimming...biking...running...and eating cheesecake...

I use something similar for running. It looks similar. I love it. I run up to 8 miles with it. Mine has a slightly larger pocket. Big enough for a key, and a gel.

    yes

    Meg,
I used it in a race last weekend, and it worked great. It was easy to hold on to, and I am pretty small. I would recommend it. There are two sizes, I got the smaller on, 20 oz, I think.
