Smile how do you keep track your miles ??

    Hey gals,
I'm interested in how all of you keep track of your miles and progress . . I'm a big fan of training journals but now that I'm doing more riding than running, my old methods don't seem to be working. What do all of you do? Are you as crazy as I am about documenting your progress? Or NOT !!

    Thanks!
    Susan

Yes, I have become completely OCD about tracking my progress!!!

Right now I'm just scribbling all over a calendar to track what I do each day. But I think this weekend I'm going to create a really good Excel spreadsheet. Then I can automatically total mileage up with formulas and make everything line up all pretty too!

I use bikejournal.com. I just started adding my other activities with no miles.
