    Amazing book!

Has anyone read the book, "Younger Next Year - for Women." by Chris Crowley? It pretty much validates what I've discovered over the last 52 years of living, as far as exercise and diet and joyful living. I could never have written a book, of course!! There is also an edition for men (published first.) Fascinating reading.

I've heard of that but doubt I would read it. I don't want to be younger next year, I'm pretty happy as I am.

Right now I'm re-reading Trail Fever by Micheal Lewis. It's a chronicle of the 1997 presidential election. Very funny, and nothing has changed in 11 years.

I found it recorded as a book on CD from the library and got my DH to listen to it on a long trip. Then he listened to it a second time. They only have to read a couple chapters before it hits!

    good luck!

    Brief outline please!

Can anybody tell me a little about its contents please? Just so I know if I'd be interested in ordering it from my local book store. I'm not into spiritual stuff, but am interested in improving health and wellbeing.
