In the fall, velonews.com posted this awesome series of (free) videos. They really helped me improve my cross mount & dismount; maybe they'll be helpful to some of you as well. How many months until cross season? too many....

I was going to post these links, but then realized they'd already been posted. So, I'm bumping this thread back up in case anyone else is interested in the videos. I watched the videos, then went out to a field to practice...and added to my bruises from the weekend!
