    Cleat fit?

How do you know where to position your cleats?

Is there a link or something that helps you dial this in or is it really trial and error?

This book should be in every cyclist's library. See Chapter 4. Trial and error can be pretty painful and injurious.

Once you get them so they work for you, be sure to mark it on your sole with a permanent marker! I thought it was silly at first but it sure made changing my cleats a lot easier.
