Any Pittsburgh ladies care to share favorite rides/bike shops/after-ride munchie stops?

Will be moving my daughter into her dorm at CMU August 23rd and hope to do a bit of riding while in town.

Oh yeah! Bring your granny gears when you come. One of my favorite rides is leaving from my Squirrel hill home, just over the hill from CMU, riding down to the Jail trial and on over to the South Side and up 18th Street. Riding through the cemetery and back down and then coming back across the hot metal bridge and up Greenfield Avenue, across the Greenfield bridge, in and around and through beautiful Schenley park and home for about 10 miles. If I"m here, I'll take you.
