    YESSS!!! I am sore... finally.....

    What I mean to say:

I finally can swim distances and/or intensities that make me feel it in my arms, shoulders and (?) lats afterwards. Not PAIN, just a pleasant soreness... I am such a masochist.

In fact, I did my first ladder (100-200-400-200-100) today.

Sweet! You'll be doing 3000 yard/meter swim workouts in no time!

Yea, my legs haven't really felt sore for months... but after my 65 mile ride on Sat, my 25/3 brick on Sunday- my legs were sore and tired!

I swam on Monday, but my legs were still feeling the fatigue on my Tuesday night ride.

I love being able to feel the muscles in my arm working while I'm swimming.
