Sacramento area gals: I need OW swim suggestions

Any gals in the Sacramento area? Are there any good places that are warm enough to open water swim right now (with a wetsuit)? All of the lakes up here in the mountains are tooooo cold (as evidenced by the 2+ inches of snow we got last night).

If I have to get back in the pool and do laps I'm going to scream!
    TIA

TBF (local triathlon training outfit) uses Beals Point at Folsom Lake. Not sure of the water temp though . . .

DH is originally from Stockton. He suggests the Sacramento River down by Rio Vista when the tide is coming in. The incoming tide tends to negate the current. There are many isolated beaches for resting around Sherman Island. Don't go when it's windy, you might get bonked on the head by a boardsailor.
