    Help with following Denise at IMAZ

    Hi Guys,

    I didn't want to hijack Denises threads!

    I am about to leave the house for a ride/run in about 1 hour... so hopefully something will be there when I get home.

    I am watching the life feed and it looks like at 2 hours into the race, some people are heading out for the bike. GAWD I hope she made the cut off for the swim!!!!

    Here is what Denise predicted for each leg:

    And now for my predicted times:

    Swim- 1:50- 2:00. Anything slower than that and I may be toast.

    T1 10 minutes

    Bike 7-7.5 hours - should be closer to 7.25 (fingers crossed)

    T2 10 minutes

    Run: 6-6.5 hours. I'm hoping to be closer to 6, but after the bike all bets will be off.

    Her T1 came in at 9:48 - hopefully we'll have an update for the first leg of the bike soon....
