    waaaaaaaahhh!!!

    We've had a week of beautiful weather.
    I planned on leaving work as early as I could today.
    BF is leaving overseas for a week tomorrow so we were going to ride.
    *cut to a couple hours later* I get out a 4 and am TIRED.
    I was so deep asleep on the train, and felt like sh*te coming in the door, so dropped on the bed. Maybe not riding. Maybe a run in the forest. Give me only 15 minutes of a nap. Then I could not go to sleep anymore!!!

    A good hour later, still blue skies, I had revised my aims to go for a walk. Maybe in my running shoes to try and run after I had gotten my arse up. But I still haven't gone.

    Now I feel so depressed I don't even want to leave the house anymore. I am wasting daylight and good weather for the 4th time this week.

    I do have the excuse that my period started.
    It's a little secret you didn't know about us women. We're all closet Visigoths.

    Oh dont be too hard on yourself. Aagggg when I get my period I always feel like crap and always prefer a cuppa and a rest on the lounge.

    The sun will shine in the future and you will feel better for having let your body rest when it needed to.
    The most effective way to do it, is to do it.

    Alpinerabbit, don't sweat it too much. We do this for fun, and if it isn't fun, then what's the point? There will be other days.

    Happy birthday, Kimmy! I'm sorry your BF can't make it. {{{ HUGS }}}

    You will just know that you are going to finish and that was what you set out to do."

    I know how you feel, AR, that happens to me, too. Don't take it too hard, just do what your body's telling you. There's always tomorrow.

    And, happy birthday, Kimmy.

    Crappy weather here, I opted for yoga and some strength stuff today. I'll suck it up and go running tomorrow.
