    Woohoo!!

    UPDATE!!!

I went back to the doctor friday, after 6 weeks of physical therepy and 2 sessions of manual therapy my arm measures just 1 degree from completely straight and the flexion is 147 he wants about 5 more degrees that way but supine and i cant remember the other one are 87 and 90 which is normal for anyone!!

Swimming is finally about where I want I made all my division cuts i still needed last weekend and swam several personal best so Division 1 championships are next weekend and hopefully with a tapor I'll be ready!! I asked him about getting back on my bike he said soon... give it a month of strengthening and a few more sessions of therapy and I should be back on the road!! The only reason not yet is because it it puts direct pressure on the place where its weakest.. I've missed it alot so I can't wait!! My goal is 100 miles a week over the summer atleast! Thanks EVERONE!!! Yall are the greatest ~~ KT

    Congratulations!

I'm so glad you won't have to get your elbow manipulated under anesthesia! Your pronation/supination measurements are excellent, your extension is beautiful (the only way it'd be better is if it matched your other elbow) and your flexion really isn't anything to sneeze at!

Keep doing what your PT tells you, you are doing GREAT!!!
