And on up to 200. You are supposed to come back down the other side but they kicked me out of the pool. So I just cooled down.
I am sure I will not feel this great again next time, so I had to mark the moment.
And since the other people in my life REALLY don't care I had to tell you guys.
DH was supportive, but glazed over at the eyes when I started talking about my interval times. LOL...poor guy.
