Lunch without bicycles (people photos included

Many thanks to Robyn for setting up today's outing. Sometimes it's nice to do things without our bicycles - although mine did insist on a separate outing earlier in the day. Lunch at Fruitlands, chatting, sharing bicycle stories...

Of course we can't have a TE outing without photos, so my camera came along to help out. And yes, I'll admit that it did take me a couple of tries to get the self-timer to work. Thanks to all for your patience.

Standing in the back, from the left: Jody (Surlygirl), Patty (PAP103), Deb (DebW), Robyn (Robyn Maislin), Tasha (tygab)
In the front, again from the left: me, Linda (wavedancer)

    And a little closer...

    Robyn, Linda, Tasha

    Jody, Deb

    Patty, Jody

    And a self-portrait too!

If any of you want copies of your pictures, they are in this picture gallery: http://denise.smugmug.com/gallery/575390/2. The other photos in the gallery are from our TE dinner back in January, plus a couple from a ride during the summer of 2005.

Thanks for the pictures, Denise. Too bad I can't keep my eyes open in a picture. Hopefully, I don't look that bad in person.

Hoping to do 40 or so miles tomorrow... I'm exactly at 2900 miles and 3,000 is dancing in front of me. But since I passed my goal long ago, I'm trying not to pressure myself. Happy riding everyone and maybe we can all do a snowshoe, x country ski, or hike.....

You look absolutely fine in person. Sometimes some of us just don't take pictures well. It's funny, but the pictures I take of myself can be fine, but if someone else is holding the camera, I usually look awful.

Let's plan a ride/lunch when the weather gets warmer.
