Wow!
All you need is love...la-dee-da-dee-da...all you need is love!
That should make the 2007 racing season very interesting!
I haven't been keeping up with any of the news in cycling lately. Thanks very much for posting the link, Bluetree.
"How about if we all just try to follow these very simple rules of the road? Drive like the person ahead on the bike is your son/daughter. Ride like the cars are ambulances carrying your loved ones to the emergency room. This should cover everything, unless you are a complete sociopath."
David Desautels, in a letter to velonews.com
Random babblings and some stuff to look at.
Very interesting - since they also have Levi Leipheimer.

Yeaah, I think Levi was foaming at the mouth thinking he was going to be team leader. I was surprised CSC/Riis dropped Basso even AFTER he was cleared to ride the Giro di Lombardia (a great showing by Bettini in case anyone missed it). But you know that no one would stop Discovery from going after him if he beame a free agent.
From the way Basso put away the Giro d'Italia field, I can't see anyone stopping him next year. He's too good all around. Valverde? Sastre? I just don't think they're in the same league.
