Hey - I was wondering if anyone knew about any good sites to go for snowboarding info - like we have here at TE for bicycling. I have learned....well practically everything I know about cycling....from this forum, so if there was anything out there that helped with gear reviews, tips, good shopping recommendations, etc. It would be awesome.
I am in the market for new bindings and I am having such a hard time finding unbiased reviews.
Any suggestions??

I'm a skiier. Snowboards and I don't really get along, whenever we meet up I tend to end up with lots of bruises and sore muscles. I do frequent http://forums.epicski.com though, and that has a snowboarding section, but it is in the majority a ski website. I just like to play with google. Heh.
Good luck with the bindings, keep an eye on steepandcheap because they have been doing pretty well with women's gear for the past few weeks.

funny - I could say the same thing about skiiing and me. Not a happy match. First, and only, attempt resulted in many of the infamous "yard sales" and much snow down my pants. Not fun at all. I seem to have better control when my feet are not trying to work independently of one another (they both seem to want to take control).

My dad hangs out on epicski, too, he says it's a really friendly place and good for asking all kinds of questions. You're right though, mostly those ski types -- of which he is one as well
