No cotton Bra?

I need a bra for cool weather. I rode yesterday and sweat up a storm. All the way down the trail I froze because I was not working hard enough to keep warm. And no jacket with me.

The problem is my champion sport bra has cotton in it and it was soggy and cold. Any suggestions for me? I'm a measly A cup so support is not an issue.

What about Under Armour? Moving Comfort makes some really nice ones as well. I have been wearing my moving comfort one out running and I sweat up a storm and do not get that cold/wet feeling like I do with my Champion.

My favorite bra is the Under Armour core model. I just got a 2nd one. After years of cotton shirts and bras I won't wear them any more to work out. I also recently got an EMS techwick one that I like as well.

If you're happy with the fit of your Champion sports bra, why not try another one from them but without cotton. I've been happy with their Double Dry line which does not have any cotton in them.

How weird! I was thinking bout posting something like this yesterday. Just wanted to know what all you folks wear and your fave sports bras.

I too have a Champion and its cotton. Was wondering if I ought to get something more wicking.

Looked @ Peral Izumi's site and they have one that might work.

Also, I really like the clothes I've purchased from www.title9sports.com. Love their clothes and debating about getting one of their bras but wanted to hear from other folks.

I love Title 9 in theory, but a warning: they rarely list the manufacturer of their bras or other clothing items, which can be really annoying if you are someone who is pretty familiar with various brands of athletic clothing. You can get the idea that an item is some exclusive Title 9 product, when it's actually something far more common. I know a lot of their bras are by Moving Comfort, but I think only a few of them actually say so in the product description.

A story that might only be funny if you are my husband: I was going through the catalogue this summer, circling stuff I liked, and I pointed out a pair of capris that I really loved. "If those weren't so expensive I would ask for them for my birthday!" His response: "Uh, Beth?" as he pointed at my legs. They were the same Prana capris that I'd purchased for myself at Back Country Outlet a month or so before. And I was wearing them at the time.

But I second or third the Moving Comfort suggestion because those are my favorite wicking bras -- they aren't supportive enough for me for anything high impact, but I use them for travel, like when we go to the Yucatan and it's so humid that you are drenched in sweat as soon as you step out of the shower. If you are small breasted you might also like the Patagonia capilene line. They don't fit me very well but the fabric seems pretty good.

Oh, cool, thank you! I think I have seen that one elsewhere and wasn't sure it would work for me. I'm only a 36C, which doesn't seem all that enormous to me, but sports bras are so much harder to find than regular bras.
