    Another Bianchi

I've added another Bianchi to the fold. My first was a lovely blue Giro. It is aluminum with some carbon and has Ultegra components. I love the bike and have been very happy with it. It fits me perfectly. DH recently suggested I get a new bike so I started my bike shopping. I pretty much knew I wanted another Bianchi, but I did ride an '07 Trek Pilot 5.0 just because I liked the red and white paint scheme. It was a nice bike, but it just wasn't my beloved Bianchi.

So here is the bike I chose...it's an '06 928 all carbon beauty. I upgraded the wheels and some components. I decided to give Campy a try and really like it so far. I also chose to go with a compact double. My other bike is a double and works fine for the majority of the riding I do, but we are starting to travel to less flat areas and I thought the compact would be nice. I decided to give the saddle a try, but it must go.

Here's the pic...sorry, there's a bit of glare off the top tube. I had to take the picture in the shade.
