Now I don't have the Zero X saddle, but I did get the Terry catalogue yesterday...the specs note that the Zero X is wider in the back and shorter in length than the butterfly by just a hair. Looking at the pics side by side, though, the shape is a little more "streamlined" looking (the taper from the sit platform to the nose seems more gradual than the butterfly) and it's described as a saddle for "power riders who prefer a flat rear platform". Did you look at the pics side by side? The nice thing about the Terry saddles is that if ya don't like it ya can return it (within 30 days...which means you'd better ride a lot in those 30 days!).
