REI-outlet has the Marmot Driclime Windshirt on sale in L and XL for $40 or $50 and the
Marmot Precip jackets $57. Good deals and excellent products. The windshirt is a trim cut with a tight neck, actually perfect for cycling in cool conditions, though it isn't advertised for cycling. The Precip is a good quality lightweight hooded rain jacket. Too baggy for serious cycling, but good for most other sports and activities.
