Is there such a thing as proper foot placement when pedaling? I try to keep the ball of my foot on the pedal as opposed to the instep.

I feel more comfortable slightly behind the ball of my foot, but not to the instep. Kinda 1/2 on the ball of my foot. So I was pleased when on the cyclefitcentre.com site, that was recommended.
Has anybody else found this?
Thanks for the cyclefitcentre.com site. I have always questioned my cleat placement - now I know I can move it with positive results.![]()
Ur Welcome. I have much less trouble with numb toes this way.Originally Posted by brok
