Hiya everyone...... just wanted to share my good news with you all..... as some of you know I have recently started riding for a couple of reasons.....

    1... To lose some weight!!!........

    2. To gain some confidence when out and about

The thing is I was diagnosed with S.A.D (social anxiety disorder)..... and have been on medication for a long time..... This has kept me from going out and having a life really.... anyway I dont need to bore you all with my probs but what I wanted to say is that today I went out on a long bike ride with my boy friend and I conquered my fear of crowds and traffic and got on the road and went for it and it felt great..... so tonight I am off out again ..... ... at this rate I shall drop a couple of dress sizes in no time LoL

This bike riding is addictive!!!! LOVE IT!!!!!

    Speak to you all soon

That IS good news! Keep up the good work!! and thanks for including us!!
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand, strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming: "Yeah Baby! What a Ride!"

    WOW! Congrats!

Keep up the hard work... and facing your fears. Who knows... maybe someday you won't even notice them at all?

    Way to go!

    Congratulations!

Fear of crowds and traffic has kept me from riding, too. And that really sucks.

I hope you continue to ride and have lots of success!
