Nokomis: I was ROFL at your response! Excellent answer!!!
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand, strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming: "Yeah Baby! What a Ride!"

CorsairMac Darlin the lemon bars have Dates, Cashews, Almonds and Lemon juice concentrate and flavor.

They also have new Maya bars that are chocolate, chocolate mint, chocolate orange, chocolate coffee but I haven't found any of these yet. The lemon Larabars are really good. Hope you can eat them toots.

Ginger Snap = two thumbs up (must Love ginger!)

Chocolate Mint Maya bar was also yummy ~ much more candybar-like than the LaraBar. But nut warning - a friend had a bite, is alergic to hazlenuts & started to get an itchy mouth. I triple checked & there were no hazlenuts / filberts in the ingredients.

    Cocoa Mole!

I looooove the cocoa mole! It's dates, almonds, walnuts, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and chile. I am going to look for them on sale at Whole Foods and get a case. Something so simple ...and so perfect? Ahhhhhh...

You can order them on line from Larabar.com.

We went thorugh a phase of eating them and then some of them made Thom sick. We don't get them anymore.

Cliff Bar jumped on the minimal-ingredient bandwagon with "Nectar" bars. Between Lara, Nectar, and Bumble -bars I'm pretty well covered. Usually a store will have at least one of them. (can't eat wheat, oats, barley, or rye)

Larabars are the BEST! I like them because they're considered to be a raw food, and that appeals to me (besides the flavor).

Also, as advertised, "Uncooked, unprocessed, no added sugar, non-GMO, gluten free, dairy free, soy free, vegan, kosher."

    Hard to beat that!
