A Funny Thing Happened...

Today after work, I walked into the house and found my biking water bottle in the middle of the kitchen floor. I couldn't even imagine how our two Border Collies managed to knock it off a shelf and have it land there. While I was asking them (and they weren't saying much) I heard a noise around the corner by the sliding patio doors. I started heading that way thinking my goodness there is someone in our house and they are trying to get out the patio door. I am braver than I knew because I kept walking that way! Well it turned out to be a starling in the house! We have no clue how it found it's way in during the day. We are guessing it somehow got in through the chimney but the holes are so small. Anyways I slid open the door and it found its way out. Very strange!

Yes you're brave! The poor doggies nearly got the blame, good thing you got it out, they can cause a ruckus in a house. Poor thing was probably scared to death too.
