Help with picking a saddle

Hi! Hope someone can help or has any input.

I currently use a Fizik Vesta. That saddle is torturing me. My sit bones don't seem to fit properly on it and I decided I need a cut out due to soreness and numbess.

I had my sit bones measured at a Specialized store and i measured at 143. I would have considered the Oura but am not in love with Specialized products overall. (I tried measuring myself and came up with 140), I am fairly petite so was surprised that I measured that wide either at specialized store or on my own.

The other saddles I am considering is a selle italia slr lady flow or a selle smp. A I've tried the smp evolution and lite 209. While I love the large cutout on smp saddles, both these saddles seemed to narrow. The next widest one was the avant and the pro.

Does anyone have experience with the wider smp saddles (avant or pro)? How about the selle italia slr lady flow? The problem is that a lot of LBS don't carry demos and both these manufacturers don't have a return policy meaning once you walk out the door with that saddle, you are stuck with it.

What saddle do you currently use? Any suggestions on purchasing a new saddle would be greatly appreciated.

I currently have a Koobi SI Classic (pre-gel) which works for me right now, but not sure if it (or I) will hold up on long rides. The Selle Italia Lady Flow looks very promising as an eventual replacement. I look forward to hearing what others say, and what you end up with.
