    My new Bike

Just picked her up Thursday, she was in layaway. 2011 Trek (Gary Fisher) Mamba 29er. It was the last one my LBS had on clearance. I got her for $700. I haven't been on the trails with her(too muddy), but took a ride on the bike path - very nice and fast. I also had to include a photo of my road bike - Specialized Secteur Elite Compact. I'm trying to decide what color to accessorize the Mamba with - yellow or lime green - water bottle cages and pedals?? Any suggestions? My road bike was just too 'blah' so I added the pink accents.

Love your bike. I have one just like it. Didn't do anything fancy except put different grips on. She rides really nice and smooth so I hope you love her.

I like the idea of lime green with the lavender.

I agree--yellow would look kind of Easter-eggy. (Totally a word.)
    Have fun!
At least I don't leave slime trails.
