    Love the question from his mom at 16 about how much longer would he be riding a bike. I remember my FIL asking the DH that when he turned 45, He spends more time on his bike at 57 and if anything plans to be riding even more.

    And not just *any* 70 year old cyclist, but Jane Brody who's written several nutrition guides many of us have gotten a lot of wisdom from over the years.
