Just curious. I entered a challenge at one of my gyms, mostly interested in changing bodyfat composition and setting some new habits as compared to losing a bunch of weight. I am finding the nutritional analysis part pretty interesting and informative.

I have on my phone and I like it. The rate of calories burned doesn't seem very accurate but its a good way for me to keep a food diary. Plus if you don't use it for a week or so it emails you and reminds you to get back into using it.
