    WTB: 650c wheelset.

    I have two small boys into cycling and am in need of a good set of 650c wheels. Both boys are doing Tri's so Zipp's or Hed's are not out of the question. Not looking to go over $300.00 if I can help from it. Shim hubs, and am not a huge fan of tubular wheels since I have no experience with them.
