    I Did It!

Last night and today I was able to get on/off my Madone without falling over! The past couple of months have been rough as most of you know..LOL. I actually haven't ridden much because of it and have spent more time on my MTB.

What did it was working on my lower back PT over the past week since falling off. I went to my chiro, got my rib fixed, my back adjusted and worked on the stretches and other excercises for my lower back. WOW. What a difference.

Being able to get on/off with ease has made my Madone a truly exciting bike now. Let's hope it stays that way. LOL.

Now if I could find lightweight tennis shoes to ride in since clipless shoes aren't an option now.

Great job Bethany. So do you think it's mostly your improved flexibility or maybe you feel more "balanced" now that you are aligned? Maybe the difficulty getting off the bike will be your indicator that it's time for an adjustment at the chiropractors! Lol

    Glad you've got 'fixed'

Have you thought about trying some flat cycling shoes?
Specialized do some womens ones that are quite comfy and lightweight.

I had a pair of Specialized Sonomas with my flat pedals and thought they were great!
